Like most senior living communities in the area, we are private pay and do not accept Medicaid waivers. There are many different ways that seniors pay for retirement living. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please contact CoAction.

  • At Pines Village, we honor Veterans’ service to our country. In 2017 we started the Rise & Shine Veterans Breakfast Club, where we invite all Veterans to join us for a hearty complimentary breakfast on the Third Thursday of every month from 8:30 am - 9:30 am.

    We are committed to doing more to show our appreciation for veterans.

    As a small token of appreciation for your service, the entrance fee to Pines Village will be waived for all Veterans. All you need to do is show proof of service before move-in. Please make sure to mention your veteran status upon inquiry.

MONTHLY RATES FOR PINES VILLAGE APARTMENTS

 
 

Please note that not all apartments are available, and pricing is based primarily on square footage as well as other factors. Floor plans vary from apartment to apartment. Full kitchens are available in some one-bedroom and all two-bedroom apartments. A second-person monthly fee of $600 applies for residents living together.
