Pines Village Retirement Communities will host a Veteran’s Day Commemoration to honor and remember the men and women who have served our country in peace and war. This is a day to give thanks and reflect on what has been sacrificed for our freedoms. The ceremony will begin with a prelude, followed by the Posting of the Colors and the Pledge of Allegiance by American Legion Post 94. The featured speaker will be Air Force veteran Don Clark, who is currently Valparaiso High School’s assistant athletic director.

After the Veterans Day program, we invite you to view the latest exhibit of The Village Gallery featuring artist and US Army Veteran David Gray. David’s interests lie in aviation, race cars, and history. He has varied life experiences to ignite and inform his artistic renderings of modes of transportation. This exhibit is on display through November 30.
